Application
Pyrantel pamoate is used as a deworming agent in domesticated animals such as horses, hamsters, sheep, pigs, cats, and dogs. It is a combination of pyrantel and pamoic acid. It is used to study mechanisms underlying gut dysfunction in a murine model.
